Banquet Room - capacity 150 - $100.
Boxcar Pub - capacity 50 - $50. Studio - capacity 60 - lower level - $50. (for kitchenette add $20.) Meeting Room - capacity 20 - lower level $40.(for kitchenette add $20.) Boardroom - capacity 10-12 $30. Kitchen - basic use - includes counters & cooler - $50. Kitchen - full use - includes stoves, dishwasher, dishes etc..$100. Bar Service - $20/hour for events over 50 guests, $10./hour under 50 guests Doorperson/Security - $85.(required for most events when bar is open) Surcharges: Events without bar service - Add $100. (weddings/anniversarys/reunions) Early access for decorating etc - for weddings - Add $50. |
Once you have confirmed that your date(s) are available, please fill out the following event booking form (below) with as much information as you can. Use the rates below as a guide and use your best judgement as to which rooms/services you require. Final rental amounts will be invoiced to you. A 50% downpayment is required for non-business events.
